Our Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty to our customers, but encourage them to call at anytime if issues arise. At Luetgert Development, we always advise customers to use the best materials. We work with quality manufacturers that stand behind their products, so we rarely have issues with the items used during our projects. However, when there is a problem, the warranty responsibility typically falls on the manufacturer. Most manufacturers have a 50+ year warranty, but a few offer 20-year, 40-year or even lifetime warranties. We are happy to help customers contact the product manufacturer and begin the process listed on their warranty.
