The Luetgert family was integral in the land planning and development of the City of Naples since its inception. Although the Luetgert family has their roots in southwest Florida, Luetgert Development is exclusive to Ocala and Marion County.
As a local builder, owner Christopher Luetgert is intimately involved with all projects, personally overseeing every aspect of design and construction because he is committed to developing the finest custom homes in the area. Luetgert Development specializes in high quality residential, commercial and remodeling projects.
By limiting the number of homes under construction, Luetgert Development is able to maintain the superior level of quality and craftsmanship that has been their legacy for the past 40 years.
Our Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty to our customers, but encourage them to call at anytime if issues arise. At Luetgert Development, we always advise customers to use the best materials. We work with quality manufacturers that stand behind their products, so we rarely have issues with the items used during our projects.
However, when there is a problem, the warranty responsibility typically falls on the manufacturer. Most manufacturers have a 50+ year warranty, but a few offer 20-year, 40-year or even lifetime warranties. We are happy to help customers contact the product manufacturer and begin the process listed on their warranty.
