Owner Chris Luetgert is committed to providing the best home-building services to Marion County residents. So much so, that Luetgert Development will always help our customers fix problems if they occur, no matter how long ago we completed the project.
The Luetgert Lifetime Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty to our customers, but encourage them to call at any time if issues arise. With Chris Luetgert personally overseeing each stage of the building process, concerns about our homes are not common. We always advise our customers to use the best materials. We work with quality manufacturers that stand behind their products, so we rarely have issues with the items used during our projects.
Manufacturers’ Warranty
When there is a problem, the warranty responsibility typically falls on the manufacturer. Most manufacturers have a 50+ year warranty, but a few offer 20-year, 40-year or even lifetime warranties. We are happy to help customers contact the product manufacturer and begin the process listed on their warranty.
